Burt's Bees Tips & Toes Kit review!

I've always been tempted to try Burt's Bees products but I've always been too scared to move of my usual sweet smelling lotions and potions. Unlike other products, Burt's Bees are loaded with cocoa butter and beeswax and other vitamin enriched oils.

What I love about Burt's Bees Tips & Toes Kit is that the products come in small sample sizes. With this kit, your feet and hands will be in for a treat! All of the products smell absolutely gorgeous due to the natural ingredients. The scent is far from the usual fragrance of my other hand and foot creams.  

I will review each product from the kit starting with one of my favourites - Burt's Bees Almond Milk Beeswax Hand Cream!

Burt's Bees Almond Milk Beeswax Hand Cream.

 

I can't get enough of Burt's Bees Almond Milk Beeswax Hand Cream! First of all, I love the consistency of this cream. It's thick and creamy so I don't have to use much. This cream is highly moisturizing and is my life saver during the winter months. I can honestly say I'm addicted to this product. I mostly apply Burt's Bees Almond Milk Beeswax Hand Cream before bed as I find the cream a little greasy. Regardless, if you love a marzipan/almond scent, this one is for you! I would recommend this to anyone with dry, chapped hands that need love, care and attention!

 

Burt's Bees Lemon Butter Cuticle Cream and Hand Salve.

 I love Burt's Bees Lemon Butter Cuticle Cream as it's so moisturizing. It's more of a balm texture than a cream. I find it so hard to get out of the tin as it feels dry. However, once on contact with the warmth of the skin the balm becomes very greasy and I personally found it didn't absorb into my skin. The scent is like a zesty lemon fragrance that I personally love! I apply gently rub this product around the nails and on the cuticles before bed. I'm addicted!

 

I like the Hand Salve that is also involved in the kit but I don't love it. I applied this product all over my hands and found it very greasy. It did moisturize but it's nothing compared to the other hand products in the kit. Unlike the other products, the scent is strong and I can see how some people can dislike it. Just like the Cuticle Cream, it is more of a balm than a cream. Both tins are so hard to open so I've got to mention that the packaging is a let down.

 

Burt's Bees Thoroughly Therapeutic Honey & Grapeseed Oil Hand Cream.

Burt's Bees Thoroughly Therapeutic Honey & Grapeseed Oil Hand Cream is probably my favourite product from the bunch! This gorgeously creamy hand cream is deeply moisturizing and a treat to use daily on the hands. Unlike other Burt's Bees products, this cream wasn't greasy and absorbed into my hands straight away.  I love the honey fragrance that isn't too over powering. I will definitely be re-purchasing this product once I've ran out!

 

Burt's Bees Coconut Foot Cream.

I find that I can only apply the Coconut Foot Cream at night due to the greasy feeling that this product leaves. The cream didn't absorb was very oily on my feet.  The thick almost gloopy consistency of this product is very of putting and stays on the hands until they are washed. The coconut scent is not as pleasant as the other fragrances of the other products in the set. However, when I woke up my feet did feel more moisturized. This is probably my least favourite in the Tips & Toes Kit. It's safe to say that I probably won't be buying this foot cream again.

 

Burt's Bees Replenishing Pomegranate Lip Balm Tube.

 I am a lipstick junkie so finding a lip balm that hydrates my lips is a must-have. Burt's Bees Replenishing Pomegranate Lip Balm is a winner for those who want smooth and hydrated lips! This lightweight lip balm doesn't coat the lips with a greasy feeling. It keeps the lips moisturized with a healthy appearance. Despite the balm being red, it doesn't tint or stain the lips to my disappointment. Personally, I love the scent of the pomegranate that this lip balm has. I highly recommend this product to anyone. It's a winner in my eyes and because of this balm I have even bought Burt's Bees tinted lip balms!

 

 VERDICT - Burt's Bees Tips & Toes Kit is a fantastic treat to pamper yourself with the collection of rich creams that will keep hands and feet naturally soft and beautiful. Burt's Bees products are loaded with natural ingredients like cocoa butter, beeswax and other vitamin enriched oils.

 

What I love about the Tips & Toes kit is that the products come in small sample sizes - good for those who want to try out new products! The fragrances are absolutely gorgeous due to the natural ingredients. I find most products have lovely creamy textures - especially the Almond Milk Beeswax Hand Cream and Thoroughly Therapeutic Honey & Grapeseed Oil Hand Cream. I do find most of the products oily and greasy so I mostly apply the creams before bed.

 

At £12.99, I do find the kit very expensive as the products are only sample sizes. Overall, I am so happy I bought Burt's Bees Tips & Toes Kit! I have found some products that I will be buying full sized. I think I will be a Burt's Bees fantic for a very long time!
