Dior Addict Extreme Lipstick in Sunset Boulevard review!

I always get really excited when I purchase a designer lipstick. I can't describe how I felt when I received a beautiful Dior Addict Extreme lipstick for Christmas from my sister. I got the shade Sunset Boulevard, a beautiful berry red colour. I couldn't wait to try it out!

Of course, the first thing I noticed was the packaging. The packaging is absolutely outstanding and classic Dior. The case of the lipstick is exactly like the original Dior Addict lipsticks but in a black case instead of clear. For a lipstick as expensive as this one you would expect the packaging to look as beautiful as this. 

The formula of this lipstick is beautifully soft, creamy and looks almost wet-look on the lips. The colour looks perfect in just one swipe so you don't need much lipstick to get an amazing colour. It is very light-weight and feels very much like a lip balm. The pigmentation is wonderful. The colour is bold and bright. It definitely makes a statement. 
 

 

 

 

 This is a great lipstick for both day and night. This is the perfect lipstick in my eyes as the staying power is incredible! The colour doesn't wear off at all and keeps vibrant. It lasts for a very long time and makes my lips feel moisturised and beautiful. It makes my whole make-up look radiant and makes my teeth look really white.

 

Dior Addict Extreme applies smoothly and is very creamy. It is easy to wear and feels
extremely moisturising.

 

VERDICT - Dior Addict Extreme Lipsticks are available in 12 shades of pure radiant pigment, from nudes to the boldest colours. At £24.00, it is very expensive but you get your moneys worth. This is the perfect lipstick for anyone that wants a lipstick that offers luminous shine, comfort and lasting power. I would definitely repurchase again because it is the probably the best lipstick I have ever worn. I am simply blown away by the lasting power. It lasts for hours without the need to re-apply. The colour is wonderfully bright and leaves a stain. My lips feel less dry and hydrated while wearing this lipstick.

 

I honestly can't think of a disadvantage except for the hefty price but you are also paying for the brand; Dior. If you haven't got your Dior Addict Extreme Lipstick you should definitely buy yours today. It is the perfect little treat and would make anyone feel like a million dollars!
