Anti-Fatigue - apricot, Anti-Redness - green, Anti-Dullness - mauve. |
Anti-Fatigue, an apricot colour that targets tired looking skin; Anti-Redness is a green cream that calms redness on the skin; and Anti-Dullness a mauve colour for dull, yellow looking skin. These colour Correcting Creams have an SPF of 12 with 24 hour hydration. The coverage is very lightweight and buildable.

The formula of L'Oreal's CC Cream is 'enriched with Smart Pigment Capsules in a feather light feel hydrator which transforms into a foundation on contact with skin.' However, as I found out the pigmented capsules erupt on my skin an orangey colour. The formula is a runny consistency and has almost a 'grainy' texture when applied to the skin.

When I applied L'Oreal's CC Cream onto my skin, the product blended very well but I didn't like the orangey hue it gave my complexion. However, I would like to mention that this product blends well and gives the skin a very lightweight feel. My skin felt very smooth and soft along with a 'dewy' glow to it. I did find the cream was long lasting and didn't make my skin oily. When I finished applying the cream it didn't dry matte at all but by no means greasy.
This product claims to be Anti-Redness and to my disappointment, I didn't see an improvement as my picture below shows;

After using L'Oreal CC Cream Anti-Redness there isn't much difference and my skin has a orangey tint to it. |
VERDICT - After using L'Oreal CC Cream Anti-Redness I wouldn't recommend it to anyone with pale to a fair complexion as the pigment capsules blend into the skin an orangey tint. However, after using this product, my skin did feel much more softer and hydrated but I purposely bought this product to improve the redness on my skin and I saw no improvement whatsoever. I can honestly say, I feel this product was a waste of money and I definitely wouldn't repurchase it again. The formula is very runny so a little goes a long way. The pigmented capsules erupt when blended into the skin, turning into a lightweight foundation that is buildable. I found that the product wasn't at all greasy on my skin and didn't dry it out. However, as I said, this is not for those with pale skin as the foundation is not at all matched to skin tones. Personally, the cream gave my skin an unnatural orangey tint and it didn't cover the redness on my skin. At £9.99, this product is too expensive for what it is. L'Oreal CC Creams didn't live up to my expectations.
